The Extreme Team has literally been on a roll the last few weeks! Mac and Liz loaded the Ballistic truck up and headed for Clarksville, TN. with their friends at Old School Motorsports. All weekend, Mac would do battle tooth and nail with Allen Pezo in the Predator truck. Friday night, Mac stood the Ballistic truck up and walked it across the cars in the wheelie contest, made it all the way to the final round of racing, and put on a show for the Tennessee fans in freestyle with nice air and dizzying donuts. Saturday would be more of the same, with nice efforts in the wheelie contest and a great showing in racing. To close the weekend, Mac lined the Ballistic truck up to the van stack and stabbed the throttle. The Yukon parts grabbed and Ballistic went vertical before the truck tilted to the left and ended up on its head in a rare rollover for the Extreme Team!
Mac and Ballistic were no worse for wear and the team is currently regrouping at the shop. The team is making necessary repairs and planning their annual trip to Michigan to compete in their good friend Larry Hatt’s full tour throughout the month of July. In addition, Mac just finished the install of the brand new, Phillips Spark Plug Wires and couldn’t be happier! We encourage all teams in the industry to give Phillips Spark Plug Wires a shot as their super-insulated and built extra tough to handle the world of monster truck racing!
