Ballistic / Extreme Team Ride Monsters Ready for 2011

Published on December 15, 2010

The Extreme Team has finished an impressive 2010 race season and have been hard at work at the shop over the last few weeks. Both the Ballistic race truck and the Extreme Team Ride Truck have undergone routine maintenance and testing in preparation for the winter 2011 season.

Mac and Liz also recently attended the annual Monster Truck Racing Association Meeting & Banquet. The team gave away an awesome HPI E Savage R/C Truck as part of the fund raising raffle following the banquet and the big prize went to one lucky young man. Thanks to our friends at HPI for donating the truck to help raise money for the MTRA!

The team begins their season in Daytona, Florida with their friends on the Monster X Tour at the Ocean Center. From there, the Extreme Team travels across the Southern portion of the U.S. to compete in the full TBO Entertainment tour with great friend Tom Bogus and his staff and finishes up the month of February in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the Darryl Starbird Battle of the Monster Trucks and bookends the tour with the Monster X Tour events in Asheville, North Carolina.

Stay tuned for updates all through first quarter as Mac and Ballistic take on the competition!
